Re: Neon v2.5 Alpha Test

crashed on excecution, can't even open the exe sad

Dunno what info I can give you, there is nothing on the neonv2.log, but the error window gives me a full "technical information about the error" if you want...

Lo ejecuto, se abren 3 procesos (log/display/controles supongo) y crash... no se que o como más explicar el problema!

Saludos

Re: Neon v2.5 Alpha Test

Wow fantastic software!  big_smile Great work, hard to beleive it's free.

The inclusion of the pitch bend / fine tuning of the BPM is reeeeaaall nice.

Feature Request:  Create the ability to make customized amplitude/frequency parameters and link these to an filter (the current link to beat is ok, but what happens when the bassline skips a beat or two?  it looks SO MUCH BETTER when the visuals respond directly to the actual amplitude and frequency of the music realtime.

I'd like to have low freq's cause my screen to dynamically modify the intensity of a filter/effect (for example, having the screen zoom in a bit on bass, have the onscreen luminosity value jump up with the bass, stuff like that) based on amplitude.

Thanks for everything you and the neon team has given the community!

Re: Neon v2.5 Alpha Test

this application has failed to start because d3dx9_30.dll was not found.
re-installing the application may fix this.

....thats what i get when running the installer on my main pc.

...on my laptop the neon v2 launch screen comes up with device options, screen res etc then....

Neonv2.exe-unable to locate componant

txt box= vj controller
eerrr faild to create direct3d9 device

hope this info helps!

have installed dx9.c installed atm :-)

good luck, warmest regards :->

No hay más noticias? sad
Un exportador para 3ds max 9 o 2008 sería genial

Re: Neon v2.5 Alpha Test

im using 0.9.2.2 at the moment. apart from the bugs i posted the last few days(and that i still cant figure out how to get the 3d scene function to work), it works great.
just downloaded 2.5alpha, but when i executed the exe, it gave me this interface that cant do anything.all i can do is change the bpm.cant add new fxs, cant load fxs.and it says 2.5 BETA on the top right hand corner.i thought it was already alpha??
any enlightenment on the subject would be great.
thanks heaps

Re: Neon v2.5 Alpha Test

It is an alpha indeed. If you see any 'beta' it might be an involuntary spelling confusion.

Re: Neon v2.5 Alpha Test

still using 0.9.2.2 for performances since i still cant get the 2.5alpha to work. did what is said on the main page to copy the fxs from the previous neon version into the neon2.5 directory but the only fxs that work are the default fxs of the previous neon.none of my AVI fxs from the ones that i use on the 0.9.2.2 work on the 2.5
and when i load the working default fx and i try to add a filter, suddenly shuts the program.been longing to try the 4 filters per fx thingy...sweeeeet....
one request.for anyone who can make it, a horizontal/vertical mirror filter would be real sweet
cheers before hand
